SEO Report Builder

Turn a Google Search Console CSV export into a clear SEO performance report. Add a previous-period export to compare changes, then print or save the report as a PDF.

Create your report

Export the Queries or Pages table from Search Console Performance.
Use the same table type and comparable date length.

Files are processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved by this tool. CSV exports must contain Clicks, Impressions, CTR and Position columns.

How to export your data

01 · Open Search Console

Go to Performance → Search results and select the date range you want to report on.

02 · Choose one table

Open either Queries or Pages and export that table as CSV. Use the same table for a previous-period comparison.

03 · Review the report

Upload the CSV here, inspect the figures, then print or save as PDF from your browser.

What this report includes

The report sums clicks and impressions from the rows in your uploaded file, calculates overall CTR from those sums, and weights average position by impressions. It charts the leading exported queries or pages and flags simple opportunities from the data.

Search Console exports can contain a subset of all rows. Consequently, this report describes the uploaded CSV; its totals may differ from the Performance chart in Search Console. Use its filters and date ranges consistently when comparing periods.

  • Clicks and impressions for the exported rows
  • Calculated CTR and impression-weighted average position
  • Top queries or pages by clicks or impressions
  • Optional previous-period change for headline metrics
  • Plain-language observations to review before sending to a client

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload an Excel file?

Export CSV from Search Console. This version does not read XLSX workbooks.

Can I compare Queries with Pages?

No. For a comparable report, upload the same table type for both periods.

Does the tool connect to my Google account?

No. It reads the CSV files you select locally in your browser. It does not request account access.

Why are the totals lower than Search Console?

Search Console exports and query tables can omit some data rows. The report sums the rows in your file and labels them accordingly.

Does the report prove what caused a change?

No. The observations highlight items to investigate. Changes can reflect seasonality, queries, rankings, SERP layout or reporting limits.
